The event went off without a hitch. We had a great time, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our waitresses and Manager on Duty attended to any requests promptly and professionally. They were all very friendly and an absolute
pleasure to work with. Our Event Manager (Aleasha) responded to our initial request on the event right away and also made suggestions on our menu that worked perfectly and provided quick and informative answers to all of our questions.

After 31 years of work in schools, our wonderful school staff planned a retirement celebration at the Brazen Head. The experience was exemplary and beyond words: The venue was magical; the rooftop gave us the chance to mingle freely with the expansive Vista of the Toronto skyline at night as a backdrop (fireworks and full-moon included!)….and the service of the Brazen Head staff was stellar. And did I mention the food? Beyond description! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for hosting and extraordinary event for 120 people with grace, generosity and class. Bravo!

We have attended and hosted many events in various venues, and have never received the level professional service and quality as we did at the Brazen Head.

Aleasha from FAB Concepts was absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail, knowledge and patience were outstanding and made the entire planning process so easy.

A special thanks to Tara, Leah, Rachel & Lindsay, who went well above and beyond to make the night a huge success. From helping us to set up, put up decorations, giving directions over the phone to lost guests, taking group pictures, to cutting and handing out each piece of cake, our guests were given the royal treatment. No matter how chaotic it got as the group expanded, you were always positive, helpful and smiling. Our guests continually commented on the outstanding service and how good the food was.

I haven’t stopped talking about what an incredible experience we had hosting our event at the Brazen Head. Thank you again for helping us to celebrate a major milestone and making the experience flawless.
